Prebble Family Tales

Gareth had a blast coloring Easter eggs! The Easter Bunny delivered a full basket to Gareth on Easter morning…he got a Pooh outfit, a musical toy, and a Pooh computer game. He’s going to be just like his dad; he LOVES playing on the computer! We had such a busy two months! In the beginning of March, Gareth’s Aunt Shannon and cousin Alex came to town. We took the two boys for a photo session at Wal-Mart, but they were less than cooperative! Gareth had fun seeing another baby, though, and checking out Alex’s cool toys. In mid March we had our regular check-up with Dr. Brink. She was very pleased with Gareth’s health and his overall progress. She finally let us get rid of all of the monitors and oxygen machines in the house. YEAH! At the end of March we met with all of Gareth’s therapists to set new goals. They are all happy with Gareth’s steady progress and he will continue to see his occupational therapist and physical therapist weekly. He also started to work with a speech teacher and a developmental teacher. In April, Gareth was thrilled to shed his heavy winter coat and to get outdoors to play! His Pappy Berkey built him his very own swing for our back patio.
