May and June 2003
Painting, Visits and Therapy, Oh My–Two very full months! We bought a house on May 1st and spent every spare minute remodeling the house to make it livable. Gareth hung out with Grandma Jackson each weekend while the rest of us painted, painted, and painted some more. At the beginning of May, Gareth’s Aunt Shannon and cousin Alex came for a visit. The boys were a little more cooperative during the picture shoot this time! 
They had fun wrestling on the floor together and having rolling contests (Gareth loves to roll onto his belly all of the time now.) Gareth hung out with another baby in June; our friends Michelle, Gordon, and baby Seth returned to town for a fun visit. Gareth was intrigued by Seth’s bouncer seat (I guess Seth’s is cooler than the one Gareth had just a year ago!!) Gareth continued with therapy appointments; no new major developments- we just keep chugging along in all areas. At his June doctor appointment, Gareth weighed 26 1/2 lbs and was 33 1/4 inches long! He’s doing very well health-wise so Dr. Brink doesn’t want to see him again until October.
